Christmas Card Sneak Peak

I don't want to post my Christmas card on here yet, because I only just sent them out today haha. So I will post it next week on Christmas, and then it might still be a surprise for some people when they get it in the mail.

But here are some of the "outtakes" from our card. I edited a few pictures, so I had options when I started placing them in the card designs. I had originally wanted a design that allowed for one large picture and three smaller ones, but it just wouldn't work the way I wanted. So I ended up using two pictures (and not any of the ones I'm posting here!)...Anyway, here is some holiday Sadie cheer for you all...

Also, it seems like we're getting a snow storm here this weekend, so I'm sure I'll have some fun pics to post after that! Sadie loves the snow.

  4. Thanks! I love the beach one, too. It looks really nice in black and white. I'll have to post the color version once. Maybe it would make a nice header! I might use that one at some point, even though it's from a few years ago. It just always makes me smile.

No snow yet, but I'm sure it's coming soon!

  6. Nice out-takes! That one with the glowing eyes is scary, but the red noses are cute!

  7. I wish I could prevent the glowing eyes with my camera! But it always happens when I take pictures of her with the flash. We ended up using a variation of that photo for our card, even with the scary eyes haha. Oh well. I'll post the card in a few days so everyone can see it!

  8. So many of the cutest pictures with them looking straight at you get those glowing eyes... it's very irritating to me too, but my son figured out a way to use photoshop and copy a set of whichever dog's eyes from a good photo and paste them over the eyes in the problem photo and that has helped us to fix a lot of the problem ones.

  9. Oh yeah, that's true. I was too lazy to deal with Photoshop haha. But I will have to try that some time.
